Even considering the validity of the argument that the government is possibly overreaching when it comes to carbonated drinks, it's worth considering the overarching health concerns of the use of HFCS and its negative impact on society. My reservation would be in endorsing RFK Jr who isn't a safe pair of hands when it comes to health matters. On balance I'd say he's dangerous and even a clock is right twice a day.
