Good Always Wins

Even when it loses

You got our queen, we have your king, we win
But then you change the rules
Its all or nothing
And you take us all for fools

You’re right, we’re wrong, you’re white we’re black, we lose
You throw an army at the cause
It’s might makes right
And that’s the way you win your wars

We break our chains but are we free? Hell no
Our freedom’s taxed
Our trade embargoed
Justice is relaxed

You cannot win what’s free and fair or just
You have to blag and cheat
You have no seat
In halls where truth and justice meet

You charge us with the hatred that is yours
Each plea a threat
Your truth is spin
Your offers never met

If only subterfuge delivers you the prize
It’s never yours
You cannot win an argument
With lies

No one can choose when there’s no choice

No one can speak who has no voice

We can’t fight tanks with stones and sticks

No one can win a game that’s fixed

It is not ours which we can’t choose

You cannot win, therefore you lose
