I can't find the Atallah Abu Al-Subh quote in a source I trust so I can't comment on that. However, as far as I'm aware there are no quotes in the Quran that present Jews as enemies. In truth, Muslims, Jews & Christians have got on pretty well for hundreds of years outside of Europe. Its largely Christians who have persecuted Jews. I should also point out that it's Israelis who see Palestinians as subhuman - not the other way round.
