I don't find the chorus disturbing at all. The good thing that has come out of this is a vocal consensus that being an exec of UnitedHealthcare isn't neutral. Its legal corruption and manslaughter. The reason people are not sorry is because all of their 'sorry' has been beaten out of them.

The people have spoken and the word is that healthcare insurance is evil. It serves no useful purpose yet does extreme harm with no shame and no fear of punishment. If other execs are fearful then maybe they need to re-examine their dubious role.

You cite Obamacare but its not even a stop gap between no health care and good health care. It's "let them eat cake" healthcare; an insult to the working people of America. It's effect has even been to shut down free clinics. Obama is a massive hypocrite and that's reflected in his paltry contribution to the health of Americans.

It all sounds very good tackling this through democratic means but its become perfectly clear that the USA & democracy are estranged to say the least. I too would advocate talking to your rep and seeking remedy through available means but we're kidding ourselves if we think this is viable on its own.

I don't advocate vigilanteism but the only way anything will get done is if whatever action is taken against these corporations, it hurts the execs, shareholders & the politicians who profit from this misery. I am from the UK and we have the vultures of US healthcare hovering, waiting and lobbying for the death of our NHS. It's disgusting.
