I would have to disagree with you here. The order included the killing of man, women and children. The story of the children of Israel and the promised land was one of removing all traces of the Amalekites. That meant removing every living Amalekite, everything they owned and any evidence that they even existed.

Starving Palestinians is merely a means to an end for the Israelis. The Zionists want every trace of Palestinian culture gone and any hope of revival extinguished.
