Its complicated and there needs to be a new tolerance. If she appears to you as white then she will appear to others as white and not be judged in the same way as if she was black. So you may both be right and wrong. It is important we don't see this as simply black vs white.

But you are right that we will not passively fix this because the game is loaded against people of colour. We need to load it the other way to restore the balance.
