The same was true of the antisemitism crisis in the UK in 2018. Apart from it being entirely manufactured it included comments that could conceivably be construed as antisemitic, any references to actual facts that even slightly dented the polished idea of Jews being only victims and any criticism of people who are Jewish even when the person didn't know they were Jewish.
