There is a hierarchy of racism that’s not simply endemic in western society but particularly weaponised in the political sphere. In the UK this is so obvious yet gets very little attention. The irony of the far right protesting antisemitism should be a wake up call but instead is ignored because it’s inconvenient.

To put it crudely this is lazy racism which suits those in power. It’s so easy to turn on and weaponise because the heavy lifting has already been done through centuries of oppression.
