This is a really poor reference to justify your position. Typically of Harris, it says nothing. Of course its a bad perception and evokes bad feelings but this is typical politic speak. If this is her perception but she did it anyway that makes her a sociopath. Her department fought this tooth and nail. How can that not rest on her shoulders?
