Tucker was the only outlet for true progressives like Aaron Matte & Glen Greenwald in the mainstream. Amongst others he demonstrated that the battle isn't between left & right but between the people and corporate power. We don't have to Lionise him to make the point that he was a lone voice that stood between democracy and authoritarianism.
