We are not a million miles apart. I get what you are saying and I agree its not just Biden vs Trump. I wasn't making an argument in the technical sense, I was expressing the sentiment of the article.

The people of America are hurting badly and the black community is at breaking point. You don't just go in with both feet and demand that people vote for those they hold responsible. Congress is a swamp and the presidential election is rigged. The Democrats don't give a shit about the people.

If you want people to cast that vote you have to first cry with them and acknowledge their hopelessness. Only then do you have the right to persuade them to vote. I've been there and felt insulted when I was told what I must do. People need to have at least some belief that they can make a difference. At some point they refuse to vote because they get sick of lying to themselves.

You are wrong, not because your argument doesn't make sense but because it lacks empathy. Allow people say "Fck you Joe Biden" and then vote for him.
