When it comes to low bars you’d need an excavator to dig that one out. So let’s say the war criminal Kier Starmer agrees to the recognition — what difference will that make to all the Palestinians who’ve lost many of their family in a massacre he’s signed off on?
Putting aside Israel getting an exclusive ‘friends of’ when Palestine get’s lumped in with the Middle East, you need to understand that what credibility this group had was drained by the vile Lisa Nandy who said of Jeremy Corbyn, that her mission was to break the man. She was the chair of LFPME from 2018 to 2020 and sucked the very life blood out of it (the very reason she became chair). Then when it came to post 8 October 2023 she was fully behind Israel’s right to defend itself and has since ingratiated herself with Tzipi Hetevely, Israeli Ambassador to the UK, by doing Israel’s dirty work.
