You need to do a logical handstand to believe the ICJ didn’t declare that a case of genocide was plausible. Their ruling was that Israel must stop its indiscriminate killing, supply Gaza with necessities and prosecute those who broke international law, none of which it has complied with. Even if you continue with your reasoning, Israel has dismissed the ICJs ruling as antisemitic so it shouldn’t matter to you what it’s ruling is.

As for the definition of terrorism, you have again distorted what I’ve written. I have no issue with the definition itself but that it was coined, and is used, to absolve states of their crimes while declaring anyone who opposes that state, a terrorist. It’s very much like the weaponisation of ‘antisemitism’.

I won’t defend Hamas against accusations of war crimes but I will argue for truth, which the IDF knows nothing of. You clearly are not interested in truth, only to push your own self righteous alternative.
