You really ought to retitle this as “Hamas is really Bad in My Opinion”. I am not Muslim or Palestinian but none of your points present Hamas as being unreasonable given that Balfour had no right to hand over Palestine, Israel as a state has no fundamental right to exist (no state has that inherent right) and Hamas was democratically elected. The Oslo Accord was badly flawed and has been abused systematically while the ICJ has ruled that Israel’s occupation is illegal.
