Lebanon has been repeatedly attacked by Israel for many decades including the Sabra and Shatila massacre. Israel occupied Lebanon. Iran's attackes on Israel have been measured, legitimate responses to Israel's aggresion. Yemen is punishing Israel for the genocide. Israel has been attacked because its a rogue state, not because its Israel.

She also kept prisoners in jail beyond their sentence to use them as slave labour, upheld cash bail, imprisoned parents of truants, let a man rot on death row when she knew he was innocent and only relented when forced to. I don't think being a person of colour goes any way to redeem this miserable and disgusting record.

Neither of which she attained through democratic means. She had to drop out of the 2020 race through lack of support. She was appointed vice president and will now be crowned nominee without any endorsement of Democratic voters or Americans in general.

Her only relvance as a woman of color is that she's been gifted everything she has through connections rather than merit and happens to be a woman of color.
